Brief introduction:
This vibrator is manufactured by our company based on many years of experience and reference to ROSLER prototype of Germany. 1. Purpose:
The purpose of vibration and wear testing is to place the product on a special abrasive machine and use special abrasive particles to simulate the wear of the sample under normal use conditions. This test is only available for all workpieces (such as cell phones with batteries). In the product development phase, the plastic model of the product can be tested for wear and tear to evaluate the product.
2 . Request:
Equipment used is Opry groove vibrator.

- Yellow hat: German Rösler wears RKF 10K beads
- Green pyramid: Rösler of Germany wears RKK 15P beads
- Cleaner: German Rösler Cleaner FC 120
- The sample must be the whole product (for example, the phone model must contain a button board and battery, not an incomplete case)
3. Check details:
- Visual inspection
- In the report of wear test results, the time of use of wear and tear media should be included. Accurate usage time of wear and tear environment is calculated as follows: previous test time (6 hours) + time used before this test
